Faculty of Management of the Bialystok University of Technology was established in 2001 by the Minister of National Education and Sports as a result of the transformation of the Institute of Management and Marketing which had existed since 1993. In 2017 to keep pace with the time the name was changed into the Faculty of Engineering Management. Considering the number of students, the Faculty is currently the second largest faculty at the Bialystok University of Technology with over 1,600 students. So far, more than 15,000 graduates have completed studies at the Faculty of Engineering Management.


Faculty of Engineering Management provides education in the following fields: Management and Production Engineering; Management and Services Engineering; Logistics; Management; Tourism and Leisure; Furniture Engineering.
The Faculty is in tight contact with the business environment. The Entrepreneurs' Council at the Faculty gathers the leaders of the region's business environment in order to exchange knowledge and experience, undertake joint scientific and economic initiatives, develop study programs, promote entrepreneurial attitudes among students and develop entrepreneurship in the region.


Faculty of Engineering Management takes an active part in international integration. There are 80 foreigners from Bangladesh, Belarus, Brazil, India, Morocco, Pakistan, Russia and Ukraine currently studying at the Faculty of Management Engineering. Every year the faculty has considerable flows of outgoing and incoming students within Erasmus+ program. In 2016 together with Zhejiang University Ningbo Institute of Technology a research and teaching centre called the International Chinese and Central-Eastern European Institute for Logistics and Service Sciences was established. Every year the partners organize Summer Schools of Logistics - for Polish students in China and Chinese students in Poland. Other projects, provided by the Faculty, are LogMan, BeFore, Nano2All, LT-PL CooPlatform, GoSmart BSR, 2Work4You. International students can choose study programs in English, Polish, or Russian languages.
The Faculty of Management received the "E-Jobs Label of Excellence" and "E-Jobs Observatory Seal of Market Compliance" certificates guaranteeing the quality of education in line with the requirements of European employers.
