Rafik Hariri University

The university consists of three colleges which offer both graduate and undergraduate courses in more than twenty accredited programs including Freshman Arts and Science.

RHU offers approximately 353 courses to undergraduate students per academic year.

If international students follow an educational system that isn’t equivalent to the official Lebanese Baccalaureate, then they need to enroll in the Freshman program.

Additional documents required of students applying to the freshman class:

• Certified permission from the Equivalence Committee of the Lebanese Ministry of Education to join the freshman class
• High School Diploma
• All applicants must submit the SAT I score prior to admission and must submit the SAT II score during their freshman year and prior to starting the sophomore year
• Lebanese students won’t be able to choose a major and join the sophomore class before satisfying the requirements set by the Lebanese Ministry of Education and RHU freshman requirements.
• SAT and SAT Subject Tests with a minimum combined score of 2150 for Freshman Arts and 2300 for Freshman Science. Required subjects in the SAT Subject Tests exam are:
• Math I and any other two subjects for Freshman Arts
• Math II and two of either Biology, Chemistry, or Physics for Freshman Science
