For international students RosNOU offers internships and summer schools. RosNOU also has the Centre of Education for Foreign Nationals where international students can study Russian as a Foreign Language for one academic year.

•      RosNOU implements 4 Specialist degree programmes in the Russian language:

At the Institute of Humanities – Translation, Interpretation and translation Theory (Specialisation “Specialised translation”);

At the Institute of Economics, Management and Finance – Customs (Specialisations “Customs charges and currency exchange regulation” and “Customs logistics”);

At the Institute of Psychology and Pedagogics – Pedagogics and Psychology of Deviant Behaviour (Specialisation “Psychological and pedagogical measures of preventing deviant behaviour).

•          There are 26 Master programmes taught in the Russian language at RosNOU:

At the Institute of Information Systems and Computer Engineering Technologies – Information Systems and Technologies (Specialisations “Information technologies in telecommunications” and “Information systems security”); Applied Computer Science (Specialisation “Business process re-engineering”); Applied Mathematics and Computer Science (Specialisation “Mathematical simulation of the systems of remote sensing of the environment”);

At the Institute of Business Technologies – Tourism (Specialisation “Business administration in tourism”); Hotel Industry (Specialisation “Hotel business management”); Service (Specialisations “Humanitarian service” and “Communicative strategies for administering exhibition and congress activities”); Publicity and Public Relations (Specialisations “Digital communication” and “Publicity and public relations in the sphere of social innovation”); Management (Specialisations “International management and marketing”, “Human resource management” and “Strategic management”); Personnel Management (Specialisations “Strategic personnel management” and “Personnel management at an enterprise”);

At the Tax Institute – Economics (Specialisation “Tax management and financial control”).
