The Cagayan State University Graduate School Program delivers quality post-graduate education through provision of advanced disciplinary content provided through multidisciplinary teaching, conduct of creative researches and scholarly works, relevant outreach program, and innovative production activities. These are realized with highly adept professors, supportive collegial environment and well-equipped graduate school library. The Program advances in delivery of post-graduate courses in education, agriculture and rural development, technology, public administration, human resources management, business administration, guidance and counseling, psychology, public health and other allied fields.

The Graduate School Program offers seven (7) Doctorate degrees and 23 Master’s degrees, all of which undergo accreditation by the Accrediting Agency for Chartered Colleges and Universities in the Philippines (AACCUP). One doctorate degree is already accredited Level 2, while four (4) are accredited Level 1 and two (2) are under candidate status. For the Master’s Degree program, 17 are accredited Level 1 while six (6) are under Candidate Status.
