Undergraduate educational level at MIET is grounded in innovation interdisciplinary approach and adapted to demands of multiple sectors. The priority directions are “Micro- and Nanoelectronics” and “RF Devices and Units”. The number of main educational programs (MEP) of Bachelor profile counts 30. The MEPs form 7 courses: Electronics and Nanoelectronics, Electronics and Microelectronics, Radioengineering, Informatics and Computer Science, Software Engineering, Applied Mathematics, Technosphere Safety.Candidates for an Undergraduate (BEng/BSc/BBA) degree must have complete secondary education, confirmed with a Certificate/Diploma recognized for admission to national universities.Academic year lasts from September till June and includes two terms: Fall semester (01.09-24.01) and Spring semester (07.02-30.06). Courses last for 8 semesters (4 academic years). Applications for admission are accepted from March 1 to August 1. A foreign applicant is interviewed and may be enrolled on contract basis. Candidates approved for admission should arrive to the University by August 20-28. Training is in Russian. If required, candidates study Russian and basic subjects before taking a Bachelor degree program, during one year preparatory course.Tuition fee is 2650 EURO per academic year.
