Complimenti, felicitaciones and badhaee to Harvard University, the new number one university for Modern Languages, replacing last year’s leaders Oxford, which sinks to third.
Although the UK and US dominate the top five in this year’s rankings, the top 20 contains a healthy sprinkle of universities from the Far East. Japan, China, South Korea, Hong Kong and Singapore all feature.
