Moscow State University of Civil Engineering (National Research University) - MGSU is the leading university of Russian Federation in the field of the construction, which was established in 1921. MGSU is one of the first universities that was granted the status of a National Research University of Russia in 2010. This enables MGSU to engage in both teaching and research through the integration of science and education. MGSU’s scientific and innovative areas cover theoretical and experimental studies of global, regional and local importance with priority areas like “Construction”, «Urban planning», «Architecture», “Energy Saving and Energy Efficiency”, “Environment protection” and others.
University campus meets all the requirements for a promising scientific and educational complex in viewpoint of modern educational and research laboratories, technical and information infrastructure, logistics, safety, comfort, and accessibility.
MGSU is a leading institution within the International Public Organization of Assistance to Construction Education (ASV). ASV comprises 152 universities, faculties and chairs from Russia, Central Asia, Caucasus and Eastern Europe. The University has 80 international collaboration partners from 35 countries. Annually, more than 150 students and staff participate in international exchange programs, and over 200 teaching staff get engaged in further education programs and internships abroad.
