The Robert Day School of Economics and Finance is part of Claremont McKenna College, a private liberal arts college based in California. The Robert Day School focuses on economics and is the only school at the college which offers a graduate program. Undergraduate programs in economics and accounting are also available.
The college takes its name from the American businessman and philanthropist Robert A. Day who made a donation of US$200m to the college in order for them to create a one-year graduate program emphasizing finance, accounting, leadership and organizational behavior. This was the largest donation ever made to a private liberal arts college at the time.
