Tokat Gaziosmanpasa University

Gaziosmanpaşa University encourages dynamism, entrepreneurship and participation, produces knowledge and technology, and contributes to the economic, social and cultural aspects of the area. By 2014-2015 academic years, the University has 28.645 students, 1130 academic staff and 1015 administrative staff. The academic year at Gaziosmanpa?a University is made up of two terms. Only the School of Physical Education and Sports has summer school program. While the Faculty of Education, the Faculty of Science and Letters, the Faculty of Fine Arts, the Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, the Faculty of Engineering and Natural Sciences, the Faculty of Theology, the Faculty of Agriculture, the Institute of Science, the Institute of Social Sciences, the Institute of Education Sciences, Physical Education Vocational School, Tokat Health Vocational School, the School of Foreign Languages, the Conservatory, Tokat Vocational School and the Research and Application Centers carry on their academic activities on Ta?l?çiftlik Campus, the Faculty of Medicine, the Faculty of Dentistry, the Research and Application Hospital and the Institute of Health Sciences are located in the city center. The Vocational Schools apart from the ones located in Artova and Pazar have a campus.
