The Universidad Católica de la Santísima Concepción is an institution of higher education with a Christian vision, dedicated to comprehensive training, as well as knowledge generation and transfer, in permanent connection with its environment in order to contribute to the development of the local and national community.
The professional and technical training provided by UCSC responds to meeting the productive and development needs of the Biobio Region and the country. The seven Faculties, the Institute of Theology and the Technological Institute that form the University offer undergraduate teaching in eight disciplinary areas: Natural Sciences, Education, Humanities, Social Science, Health Sciences, Law, Administration and Business, Technical formation and Engineering.
