UCLA Anderson School of Management has master’s degrees in business analytics and financial engineering, among others. The school is both domestically and internationally renowned, and these master’s degrees provide students with the knowledge needed to achieve the skills needed for a career in business. Therefore, the school has been placed in the 2018 edition of the QS Business Master’s Ranking.
The business analytics master’s degree is a 13-month long course, with a 3:1 student to faculty ratios, meaning students have excellent access to leaders in business analytics teachings. The curriculum is supported through a summer internship and a corporate sponsored Capstone Analytics Project. The financial engineering master’s degree has the same student to faculty ratios, and a 94 percent job placement rate within six months of graduating. Students can take on the applied finance project, which tackles a practical financial engineering problem; top companies, including Hyundai Capital, and PIMCO, sponsor the project.
