The Academy of Public Administration under the President of Kazakhstan

By the Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 1845 dated 29 August 1994, the National Higher School of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan (NHSPA) was established on the basis of the Higher Party School under the Central Committee of the Kazakh SSR created in 1942.
