Graduate School of Educational Sciences offers graduate programs in educational sciences and various teacher training programs. Also, there are many national and international projects carried out in the Graduate School. Currently, in the 10 Departments of the Graduate School, 14 Doctorate Degree (PhD) programs, 17 Master of Arts programs, and 6 Non-thesis Master of Art programs are offered. 

Graduate School of Health Sciences was established on 18th August, in 1993 and began postgraduate education at the spring semester of 1993-1994 education year. In addition to the courses for Doctorate and Master of Arts related to departments of Faculty of Pharmacy. Department of Physical Education and Sport began postgraduate education at the spring semester of 1994-1995; and Department of Speech and Language Pathology began postgraduate education at the spring semester of 2000-2001 and Department of Biochemistry at the spring semester of 2001-2002.

Anadolu University Graduate School of Fine Arts was founded in 1992. The School started offering graduate studies in the academic year 2008-2009 with the programmes in Graphic Arts, Ceramic Arts, Sculpture, Interior Design, Animation, Painting, Printmaking, Music, Drama, Musical Instrument Construction and Arts. In the fall semester of 2009-2010, the School launched a programme in glass arts. Currently, with its 12 graduate study programmes, the Graduate School of Fine Arts aims to integrate into the society individuals furnished with academic knowledge and experience and competent in their field of study, in line with contemporary developments in arts. The programmes in the School provide opportunity for the individuals who seek to base the perceptions required by the modern world upon scientific and artistic culture. Thus, the School contributes to the creation of a systematic foundation of art and culture, and hence contributes to other areas of study.

Social Sciences Institute of Anadolu University was established in 1982-1983 Academic Year.  The Institute preliminarily started teaching with nine Departments/Proficiency level Masters and Doctoral Degree Programs conducted in Art Majors and maximized this number to over twenty postgraduate level programs in 2002-2003 Academic Year. The focal aim of the Social Sciences Institute is to contribute to skilled labour force needed for the private sector via starting Masters and Doctoral Degree level Programs of related science and art branches. The non-thesis –evening- MBA program is designed specifically to provide high quality education opportunities for those working fulltime. The university is one of the fewest universities in Turkey that offers doctoral degree level education programs. 

Research Institute for Individuals with Disabilities was established in 1993. It is still the one and only Institute in its kind in Turkey. At graduate levels, faculty members of the Research Institute for Individuals with Disabilities have been teaching master and doctoral programs for students with Intellectual Disabilities, master program in Early Childhood Special Education, master program based on distance education for students with Developmental Disabilities at Graduate School of Educational Sciences at Anadolu University and master program in Applied Behaviour Analysis in Autism Spectrum Disorders at Graduate School of Social Sciences at Anadolu University.
