- Synthesize United States GAAP related to accounting and financial tools to critically evaluate corporate finance decisions and strategies.
- Evaluate and describe the components of a global marketing plan for an organization, based upon a thorough global assessment of potential markets and competitors for a given product or service.
- Analyze the business environment using business models to identify potential opportunities and formulate effective enterprise-wide strategies to achieve a competitive advantage.
Transfer of Credits from Other Schools
Academic credits earned at other recognized institutions with a letter grade of a "C" or better may be transferred toward Aston American University’s degree programs. The admission’s office of Aston American University will evaluate applicant transcripts and academic records to determine the amount of transferrable credits accepted.
Transfer credits may be given for academic coursework completed or tangible evidence of significant professional accomplishment(s), such as: technical papers published, major projects completed, or other noteworthy, well-documented professional achievements.
Maximum transfer is 20 credits.

Aston American University’s MBA program takes approximately one (1) year to complete. The academic year consists of four (4) semesters with two to four (2-4) courses per semester. Courses are based on a flexible and self-learning structure to accommodate each student’s business and personal responsibilities.
