GMU has graduated about 1300 graduates and another 900 are graduated under Continuing Medical Health Education program. GMU provides a high-tech simulation skills labs and a virtually created hospital for clinical and communication skills training under the Center for Advanced Simulation in Healthcare (CASH). CASH provides training for all healthcare professionals with an emphasis on developing individual and teamwork skills and professional behaviors in an active learning environment. CASH offers courses such as Basic Life Support, Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support, Heart Saver First Aid and different workshops. During Jan-March 2017, CASH trained 424 healthcare professionals.
GMU is spread over 25 acres of the main campus located at Ajman and networks with Thumbay Hospitals, Thumbay Clinics and Thumbay Pharmacies for the Medical, Dental, Physiotherapy and Pharmacy programs. The teaching hospitals are located in Dubai, Ajman, Fujairah and Sharjah with a total capacity of 460 beds and 41 Dental chairs.
