To get a B.Sc degree in engineering, the MTC cadets have to spend 5 academic years at campus. During these 5 years, the cadets study a total of 6116 academic hours distributed as shown in the pie chart. In addition to the usual engineering subjects that engineering students learn, our cadets study basic military subjects as well. The distribution of the 6116 academic hours over the different branches of subjects studied in the MTC is illustrated in the bar diagram given below. In the first academic year, the cadets receive general engineering educational courses, as;Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, Engineering drawing, Computer Programming, Mechanics, Production Engineering, English Language, in addition to the military subjects.
