Universidade Estadual de Londrina offers 189 postgraduate courses as well as higher education courses to the community. UEL seeks to ensure the indivisibility of teaching, research and extension, equal conditions of access and student residence, freedom and respect for pluralism of ideas.UEL is situated on the shores of the state highway with easy access to public transport in Londrina - Paraná, one of the largest cities in the south of the country, with approximately 510,000 inhabitants, serving an area of 1,500,000 inhabitants. Recognized as an aggressive economy, with direct and indirect influence with the municipalities located in the north of Paraná State, southern São Paulo and Mato Grosso do Sul, as is demonstrated by the number of candidates for college, an average of 21,462 to 3,100 jobs in past selection processes.UEL develops policies and institutional support services to students such as: People with disabilities, One Profession Program, Internships and Exchanges Center, Social and Psychological Assistance, Subsidized Food, Health Programs, Grants Assists, Restaurant University, Student Housing, Bank, Post Office, Bookstore. Services, provided by UEL, include the University Hospital, Dental Clinic, Office of Legal Affairs and School of Application for Basic Education.UEL is known internationally, through partnerships with institutions in the Americas, Europe, Asia and Africa. UEL have arranged for 1324 graduate internship agreements. In the last five years, the NFB made 206 student exchange agreements of which 110 students were sent to other institutions and 96 students were received at UEL.The infrastructure of the institution covers 235.57 hectares and 204,448 m2 of built area and 25,909 m2 are under construction.
