Currently, only 13 doctoral students are studying at Tashkent State University of Law.
In this direction the following works are carried out:
organization of admission to doctoral studies and independent competition;
organization of the procedure for passing qualification examinations for doctoral candidates and independent candidates;
Conducting monitoring of the effectiveness and quality of scientific research of doctoral students and independent applicants;
coordination of the publication by doctoral students and independent applicants of monographs, brochures, scientific articles and other literature, as well as scientific literature;
monitoring the research work of doctoral candidates and independent candidates;
rendering scientific and methodological assistance to doctoral students and independent candidates in conducting scientific and theoretical seminars;
registration by the order of the rector of the University of admission to the specialties of applicants for doctoral studies and independent competition, control over the conduct of enrolled research work in accordance with the approved plan, discussion of completed scientific work, recommending the findings of the work to implement in practice and publish.
The University has post-graduate training institutes in the form of doctoral studies and independent research. Two of the scientific Councils of DSc.07/30.12.2019.22.01 and DSc.07/30.12.2019.Yu.22.02 carry out activities on awarding academic degrees in the following specialties.
Theory and history of law and state; history of the teachings of law and state;
Constitutional law. Administrative law. Financial and customs law;
Civil law. Business law. Family law. Private international law;
Civil procedural law. Economic procedural law. Arbitration and mediation;
Criminal law. The prevention of crime. Criminology. Criminal Executive law;
