Industrial University ofTyumen is one of the largest research and educational complexes in Russia,which provides a wide range of opportunities for education. The universityimplements 34 programs of Bachelor Degree in the field of petroleumengineering, geology, mechanical engineering, materials science and technology,design and technology support of engineering productions, energy and resourcesaving processes, automation of technological processes, business Informatics,chemical technology, technosphere safety, transportation processes,architecture and construction, informatics,  etc.

IUT cooperates verystrong with industrial partners. On the one hand, it’s mean cooperation in theemployment of graduates (in some fields 100% employment), on the other hand,cooperation in the issues of staff retraining of the companies.  Some of industrial partners take also part ineducational programs: we are talking about a form of dual training, when partof the curriculum is mastered directly in practical activities in theenterprise partner. Today there are 11 practice-oriented educational programs.
